Working in collaboration with the Advance Travel & Tourism team, I was tasked with creating a range of digital and physical ads that would help illustrate the marketing strategy plan being proposed to Wakullla County Tourism. As experts in the Travel and Tourism field, they created the idea of doing a campaign around the copy “Naturally, Wakulla” appealing to young families looking to get into nature and experience a fun, relaxing vacation in Wakulla, FL. I took this initial idea and created a visual concept that spoke to this vibe and audience.

I chose photos that are relatable to their ideal visitor, young families having fun together. I also wanted to include a great range of the beautiful landscapes in Wakulla. to push the idea of escaping into nature. The photos chosen give the visitor the sense of relaxation they would experience if they chose to vacation in Wakulla. I kept the design simple, wanting to draw subtle attention to the brand while letting the images speak for themselves. The easy going nature of the destination is shown through the relaxed design style and cursive typeface.
